Johannesburg Open Water Swim Clinic

Join me on the 6th January 2024 for an Open water swimming Clinic at Prime View, Johannesburg. This CLINIC is catered for ANY swimmer and ALL levels. Whether you’re starting out in open water swimming, training for the English Channel or wanting a few guide-line tips on how to improve your stroke, then join me for this 4-hour clinic on Saturday the 6th January.

Learn how to train for your next event, tackle the large crowds while swimming open water, how to draft, overtake and how to sight in high swells. On the day of the clinic, there will be plenty of time for Q&A’s and individual one-on-one coaching.

With nutrition playing a key role in training learn a few of my key nutrition tips to improve your recovery and performance.
