I’m excited to invite you to my Open Water Swim Clinic on March 2nd in beautiful Franschhoek. This immersive 4-hour workshop is designed to boost your confidence and enhance your open water swimming skills.

Whether you’re gearing up for a triathlon, tackling a Robben Island or English Channel crossing, or simply starting out in open water swimming, this clinic will provide you with the tools and techniques to excel in your next swim or swim event.

– Program Planning and Goal Setting
– Stroke Correction Session
– Core Workout and Shoulder Stretch Routine
– Nutrition Strategies for Race Day
