18 Nov My First Ever Training Clinic with Speedo

This past Sunday, I was blessed enough to spend a couple of hours in the water to hold my first ever open water training swim with Speedo. The goal… bringing new-be swimmers into the open water. Held 60km south from Cape Town, the magnificent Elgin River Lodge was the perfect location to bring us all together. Covering all the techniques needed and fears you may face when attending your first event, the day all ended off with a guest speaker and A LOT of pizza.
